Job summary

MINISO USA in Parma, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipments while promoting the store’s membership program to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
