Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open/close store and ensure safety, cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Promote store membership program and participate in promotions.
