Job summary

MINISO USA in Akron is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service in our Akron store.

You will help with cash handling, merchandising, opens/closes, and promotions, while promoting the store membership program to boost loyalty and drive sales.

The role requires 1+ year in retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel between locations if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong product knowledge and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
