Job summary

MINISO USA in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, store upkeep, and shipment processing.

You will actively promote the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty and help create a fun, energetic atmosphere that drives success for the team and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals on the floor and at the register.
• Train sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open/close store, maintain appearance, and ensure safety compliance.
• Promote store membership program to foster loyalty and positive atmosphere.
