Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role helps achieve store KPIs, uphold standards, manage cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory tasks.

The Shift Leader will promote the store’s membership program, maintain a welcoming environment, and ensure safe, orderly store conditions while accurately handling transactions and contributing to memorable in-store

Qualifications

• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, and fronting.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate as needed to the Store Manager.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
