Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and drive exceptional customer service. You will manage cash, open/close, merchandise, and promotional events while upholding store standards and safety procedures.

In this role you’ll promote the store’s membership program and help deliver an engaging, fast-paced shopping experience that aligns with MINISO USA’s values and KPI goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at register.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
