Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure branding and SOP adherence.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive KPIs.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs such as Balloons, Birthday party operations, and Knit & Sew Shop.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and repeat visits.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
