Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and store condition accountability.
• Coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems and customer support.
• Lead in-store programs (Balloons, events) and Loyalty Rewards enrollment.
• Promote MCC/Extend services and protection plans.
• Drive Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar oversight.
• Ensure timely BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Support Custom Framing operations with consultations.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
