Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and customer interactions.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merch.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and address issues.
• Open/close store operations and manage cash controls.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on procedures.
• Perform general store maintenance tasks.
