Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Part Time Support Lead in Mentor, OH to oversee daily store operations, train associates, and drive a high level of customer service. You will act as Manager on Duty as needed, manage opening/closing duties, and partner with leadership to optimize merchandising and store performance.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and the capacity to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior management experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers with friendly checkout and service.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Open/close store operations, including cash handling and safety checks.
• Train and onboard associates; support merchandising and sales goals.
