Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a part-time hourly role where you will lead by example, supervise store activities, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for customers. You will help onboard and train associates, support merchandising, and work with the leadership team to drive sales and control costs.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and flexibility to work day, evening, or weekend shifts. A High School Diploma is preferred; prior management experience is a plus.

• Experience in leading or supervising a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers with friendly, fast checkout and service.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep floor merchandising current.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations and issues.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
