Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and superior service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed for store operations.
• Opens/closes the store and secures cash and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping.
