Five Below is seeking a motivated store leader to oversee daily operations and train crew on the Five Below customer service standard. This hourly role includes supervising associates, opening/closing duties, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, at least one year of management experience, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Creative thinking and adaptability a must.

Responsabilités

• Wows customers through personal contact and helps train crew on service best practices.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures high-quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor refreshed.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff management, and issues.
• May open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Performs routine store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
