Job summary

MINISO USA in Spokane is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, guest service, training, and store standards. You will help drive sales, manage cash handling, and participate in merchandising and frontline operations.

You will lead by example, resolve customer concerns, assist with opening/closing, loss prevention, and promote the store's loyalty program to build customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
