Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service at our retail locations.

You will lead by example to hit KPIs, assist with replenishment, merchandising, opening/closing, cash handling, and promote the store's membership program to boost loyalty.

This role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Promote the MINISO USA membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet KPI goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Train and mentor associates to build product knowledge and effective customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and participate in promotions.
• Support Loss Prevention and uphold company policies.
