Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash, assist with merchandising, and promote the store’s membership program to build loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, support opening/closing, and ensure a clean, compliant environment while delivering memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and customer-service mindset.
• Experience in retail or supervisory roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store; ensure safety and procedural compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies on loss prevention.
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor aligned with MINISO USA’s commitments.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
