Job summary

MINISO USA in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, staff training, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will support merchandise flow, cash handling, and store upkeep while promoting the membership program to boost loyalty.

This role requires leadership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates.
Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance and execute visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store and ensure safety compliance.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Support Loss Prevention efforts and policy adherence.
Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster loyalty.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
