Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver world-class customer service in a fast-paced retail environment in Spokane, WA. You will manage daily operations, inventory, and labor while driving sales and promoting the membership program to boost customer loyalty.

You will report to the Area Manager, mentor the team, recruit and develop staff, and ensure store standards and profitability with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven 3+ years of retail management experience leading teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and store profitability through effective planning and execution.
• Promote membership program to foster loyalty and increase sign-ups.
• Oversee labor, scheduling, inventory, and loss-prevention controls.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent; conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and adherence to SOPs.
