MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will contribute to achieving KPIs, maintain store standards, and handle tasks from cashiering to merchandising and shipment processing.

The role also focuses on opening/closing, loss prevention, and promoting the store's membership program to boost customer loyalty.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Mansioni

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels with visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and policy adherence.
• Process sales transactions accurately with POS.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
