Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role focuses on achieving KPIs, maintaining store standards, and handling cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and cash management with a focus on promoting the store’s membership program.

The Shift Leader will help drive a positive, energetic environment, lead by example, and contribute to memorable customer experiences while ensuring

Qualifications

Leadership and customer service experience.
Ability to train and develop sales associates.
Strong product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at register.
Familiarity with retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates.
Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels and visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
Support loss prevention and adhere to policies.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Promote and participate in store promotions and membership program.
