Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or shift lead in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to policies.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
