Job summary

Five Below is hiring a store supervisor to lead crew members, ensure excellent guest service, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train staff, manage daily operations, and support opening/closing procedures while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability and the flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends; starting pay is aligned with hourly wage practices at Five Below.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to multi-task
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact at checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and oversees store operations.
• Manages opening/closing, cash, alarms and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Performs store maintenance and supports management in daily tasks.
