Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional to guide daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure a superior customer experience. You will manage opening/closing routines, train staff, and drive sales while maintaining cost controls.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer through personal contact with customers and train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and customer service improvements.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and initiatives.
• Perform store maintenance including housekeeping and stock room management.
