Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers with personal service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates; ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking; organize stockroom.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; manage store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store; secure cash, set alarms, ensure smooth operation.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses; collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping.
