Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' workforce experience.
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• Availability to meet business needs including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to stand or walk 100% of working time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally to frequent.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive sales and store priorities.
• Maintain in-store experience and customer satisfaction.
• Complete daily open/close tasks and store maintenance.
• Participate in inventory activities and omni-store tasks (e.g., BOPIS).
• Escalate concerns to Store Manager and provide feedback on associates.
