Job summary

DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to support store management in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You will partner with leadership to execute priorities, manage inventory, and support omni-channel activities such as BOPIS while upholding company standards.

The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' workforce experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate cash register and POS devices with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences while meeting store KPIs.
• Maintain in-store standards, open/close duties, and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory tasks, omni-channel activities, and MOOS/BOPIS.
• Support store leadership and enforce policies.
• Provide feedback and escalate customer issues as needed.
