DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. seeks a Store Associate to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales. You will partner with the management team on store priorities, maintain standards, and support omni-channel activities such as BOPIS and Charge/Send.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to operate with urgency. The position emphasizes operating procedures, inventory support, and a positive work environment within policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of workforce experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized customer experience and model CEL behaviors.
• Maintain store standards and complete daily open/close tasks.
• Plan and execute tasks, follow through on required actions.
• Communicate daily progress and manage time effectively.
• Complete audits, donations, transfers, mismates, damages processes.
• Adhere to policies and store procedures with leadership.
• Assist inventory with freight receipt, placement, markdowns, MOOS.
• Support omnichannel activities like BOPIS and Charge/Send.
• Maintain a safe store environment and report issues to management.
• Address associate and customer concerns; support timekeeping.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager on performance; train/coach associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
