DSW Shoe Warehouse in Columbus, OH is seeking a Store Associate to support the store leadership in delivering a best-in-class customer experience, maintain inventory and in-store standards, and execute omni-channel activities.

You will help drive sales, participate in daily open/close tasks, and respond to customer and colleague needs with a sense of urgency, while fostering a positive work environment and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service with professionalism, positivity and enthusiasm.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to move with tempo and keep team accountable to timelines.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts outside traditional hours.
• Proficient with store tech (Register, keyboard, iPhone, calculator).
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl regularly.
