Responsibilities

• Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos for real-time staffing and timekeeping.
• Maintains Kronos and related systems and records to support IU Health Workforce Central.
• Performs daily operations and special projects related to the 24/7 live schedule.
• Ensures resources are allocated to support patient care across the system.
