Job summary

Candidate Experience site seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to manage a 24/7 live schedule for hospital operations. You will use Kronos to staff coverage, track timekeeping, and support patient care across the system.

This role requires flexibility (weekends/holidays), strong attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. 1–2 years in customer service is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Requires flexibility in scheduling due to 24/7 responsibilities (including weekends/holidays).
• Ability to function in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with confidential information is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system.
• Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC.
• Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule.
• Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.
