Job summary

The Candidate Experience site is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage a 24/7 live schedule for the Downtown Indy workforce in a healthcare setting.

The role uses Kronos for real-time staffing, timekeeping, and scheduling, with responsibilities spanning daily operations, staffing optimization, and projects to support patient care. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience with customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos for real-time staffing and scheduling.
• Maintains Kronos and related systems and records to support IUHWFC.
• Performs daily operations and special projects related to the live schedule.
• Ensures resources are allocated to increase flexibility and support patient care across the system.
