Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos for real-time staffing and timekeeping.
• Maintain Kronos and related systems and records to support IUHWFC.
• Perform daily operations and special projects related to the 24/7 live schedule.
• Ensure resources are allocated to increase flexibility and support patient care.
