Job summary

Sounds of the Sea Spa is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service, check in guests for services, answer phones and manage reservations. Some weekends required, with 2/3 shifts per week. Sunday and Monday availability is a must, and salon or spa experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills and strong computer skills required.
• Ability to sell and cross sell to enhance the guest experience is required.
• Prior hospitality and customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility in working schedule which includes weekends.

Responsibilities

• This position provides exceptional guest service to guests of Sounds of the Sea Spa while building guest loyalty.
• The Spa Receptionist greets and checks in Spa guests for their services, answer phones and books reservations.
• Actively sell and orient guests, promote and up-sell all aspects of The Madison Beach Hotel to all guests.
• Handle guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.
