Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part-time receptionist with exceptional customer service skills to greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support sales of services.

You will represent the spa, maintain a clean environment, and assist with promotions and member relationships. Flexible shifts include 8-4, 2-10 on weekdays and 9-6 on Sunday, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

• Meet membership sales goals
• Meet and greet clients
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!

• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
