Job summary

The Sounds of the Sea Spa at Madison Beach Hotel is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist with strong guest service and computer skills. The role greets guests, checks them in for services, answers phones and books reservations.

You will actively sell spa and hotel experiences, orient guests, and upsell all aspects of the property. Weekend availability is required, and some salon or spa experience is a plus.

• Ability to sell and cross sell to enhance the guest experience.
• Prior hospitality and customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility in working schedule which includes weekends.

: $19 per hour, 2/3 shifts per week

• This position provides exceptional guest service to guests of Sounds of the Sea Spa while building guest loyalty.
• The Spa Receptionist greets and checks in Spa guests for their services, answer phones and books reservations.
• Actively sell and orient guests, promote and up-sell all aspects of The Madison Beach Hotel to all guests.
• Handle guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.
