Job summary

The Sounds of the Sea Spa at Madison Beach Hotel is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist with strong guest service and computer skills. The role greets guests, checks them in for services, answers phones and books reservations.

You will actively sell spa and hotel experiences, orient guests, and upsell all aspects of the property. Weekend availability is required, and some salon or spa experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills and strong computer skills required.
• Ability to sell and cross sell to enhance the guest experience.
• Prior hospitality and customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility in working schedule which includes weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to Sounds of the Sea Spa guests and build guest loyalty.
• Greet and check in Spa guests for services, answer phones and book reservations.
• Actively sell and orient guests, promote and upsell all Madison Beach Hotel experiences.
• Handle guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.
