Job summary

Sounds of the Sea Spa, part of Distinctive Hospitality Group, is seeking a Spa Receptionist in Madison, CT. You will greet guests, check them in for services, answer calls, and book reservations while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong computer skills and the ability to upsell spa and hotel services. Weekend availability, including Sundays and Mondays, is necessary.

Pay

: $19 per hour, 2/3 shifts per week

Sounds of the Sea Spa is looking for a receptionist with strong customer service and computer skills. Some weekends required. Some salon or spa experience a plus. Sunday and Monday availability is a must.

Primary Function

• This position provides exceptional guest service to guests of Sounds of the Sea Spa while building guest loyalty.
• The Spa Receptionist greets and checks in Spa guests for their services, answer phones and books reservations.
• Actively sell and orient guests, promote and up-sell all aspects of The Madison Beach Hotel to all guests.
• Handle guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Exceptional guest service skills and strong computer skills required.
• Ability to sell and cross sell to enhance the guest experience is required.
• Prior hospitality and customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility in working schedule which includes weekends.
