Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, shipment processing, and promotion of the store’s membership program.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a keyholder/supervisor role in retail, with strong leadership and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention efforts and policy adherence.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
