Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist with open/close procedures, merchandising, cash handling, and shipments while promoting the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.

As a leader, you will drive sales, help achieve KPIs, and uphold store standards. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a flexible approach to cover

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills are required.
• Familiarity with store operations, cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure stock levels and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a positive, energetic environment aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions and events.
