Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering excellent customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and promoting the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in retail and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store ensuring proper recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
