MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help manage cash, merchandising, opening/closing tasks, and loss prevention while promoting the store’s membership program.

You have 1+ years as a keyholder or shift leader in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and are comfortable traveling between store locations.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
