Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

In this role you will lead by example on the sales floor, ensure accurate transactions, and support loss prevention.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
Demonstrated leadership, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills.
Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
Assist store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
