Job summary

MINISO USA is hiring a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports KPI achievement, store standards, cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• At least 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and safety/operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and ensure adherence to all company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and participate in store promotions and events.
