Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will assist with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash management, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program to drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure compliance with safety and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
