Job summary

MINISO USA seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports KPIs, store standards, cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

The candidate will lead by example and help create a positive, energetic environment that drives sales and memorable experiences for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to all company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business goals.
