Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and exceptional customer service. You will drive KPI results, ensure store standards, and promote the membership program to foster customer loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, assist with training, and handle daily tasks such as merchandising, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures. A positive, energetic environment will be fostered to create memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store upkeep, cash handling, and merchandising.
