Job summary

MINISO USA in Kansas is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, maintain store standards, manage cash, merchandising, and open/close duties while promoting the store's membership program.

The role emphasizes leadership, quick learning, and a positive, energetic environment that enhances customer experiences and team morale across busy retail shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and uphold company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
