Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Overland Park to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training of associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash management, and shipments while promoting the membership program to build customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory roles or as a keyholder.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager with training and development of sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register and via POS systems.
• Open and close the store, ensuring compliance with safety and procedures.
• Promote the store membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adherence to company policies.
