Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Open and close store, ensure security, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
