Job summary

MINISO USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role contributes to achieving KPIs and maintaining store standards while handling cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and loyalty program promotion.

You will promote the store’s membership program, manage cash handling, and help create a positive, energetic environment that supports business goals and memorable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
